How To Unwind And Make Your Weekends Count

Some of you might have been wondering where I have been, or not. I decided it was time to take a little time off for myself to unwind from my daily routines here and spend sometime focusing on my health and personal life. I came of social media for two weeks, let me tell you it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in a while, but I knew it was something I had to really do for myself to refocus, unwind and recharge my batteries. Sometimes when we’re exhausted, we gravitate toward activities that drain us even more. Or we think we don’t deserve to take a break, so we ignore our body’s whispers for rest. But only in helping ourselves can we help others and do good work.
